{"id":1279,"date":"2021-03-02T08:57:08","date_gmt":"2021-03-02T08:57:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/btaly.it\/uncategorized\/bucatini-with-mediterranean-flavours\/"},"modified":"2021-04-08T08:59:33","modified_gmt":"2021-04-08T08:59:33","slug":"bucatini-with-mediterranean-flavours","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/btaly.it\/en\/recipes\/bucatini-with-mediterranean-flavours\/","title":{"rendered":"BUCATINI WITH MEDITERRANEAN FLAVOURS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Today we are happy to present to you on our blog, a recipe from the talented Ketty Bonomo (kettycucinooggi on instagram).<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/btaly.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/BUCATINI-AI-SAPORI-MEDITERRANEI-1-768x1024-1-300x400.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Bucatini with Mediterranean flavours<\/strong><\/em> is a first course prepared with very simple ingredients, such as dried tomatoes and pecorino cheese, an alternative to the classic garlic, oil and chilli pepper pasta.<\/p>\n<p>I wanted to revisit this recipe, giving it a combination of Mediterranean flavours and tastes.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, the choice of quality products will give the dish a rich and characteristic taste.<\/p>\n<p>I prepared a fried mixture of garlic, oil and chilli pepper, fried the fillets of <a href=\"https:\/\/btaly.it\/en\/dried-tomatoes-in-oil\/\">dried tomatoes<\/a> and then I pan-fried the <em><strong>bucatini<\/strong><\/em> adding at the end some <a href=\"https:\/\/btaly.it\/en\/slices-of-pecorino-in-oil\/\">pecorino Dop<\/a> in oil.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/btaly.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/BUCATINI-AI-SAPORI-MEDITERRANEI-2-1080x1440-1-300x400.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I have chosen to honour this first with <a href=\"https:\/\/btaly.it\/en\/\">Btaly<\/a> products.<\/p>\n<p>A new reality that helps to support and spread both in Italy and abroad our local producers and their food and wine specialities.<\/p>\n<p>A wonderful initiative to enhance the small realities of the Italian territory.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/btaly.it\/en\/\">Btaly<\/a> offers a unique selection of niche Italian food and wine products of the highest quality that are difficult to find elsewhere.<\/p>\n<h3>Who are the creators of this fantastic idea?<\/h3>\n<p>They are two young guys, <em><strong>Andrea<\/strong><\/em> and <em><strong>Mattia<\/strong><\/em>, who have always been friends. Extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BUCATINI WITH MEDITERRANEAN FLAVOURS: THE RECIPE<\/p>\n<p>INSTRUCTIONS<\/p>\n<p>Preparation<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Drain the tomatoes from the oil and cut them into julienne strips.<\/li>\n<li>Wash the basil leaves and chop them with a crescent moon.<\/li>\n<li>Put the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chopped garlic and basil.<\/li>\n<li>Add the tomatoes and leave them to gain flavour.<\/li>\n<li>Boil the bucatini in plenty of salted water.<\/li>\n<li>Just before draining the pasta, add half a ladleful of cooking water to the pan.<\/li>\n<li>Add the bucatini and leave to cook on a high flame for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Finally add the pieces of pecorino Dop.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Presentation<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Serve hot with a sprinkling of fresh basil.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today we are happy to present to you on our blog, a recipe from the talented Ketty Bonomo (kettycucinooggi on instagram).
