al bagnetto rosso<\/strong><\/em>, sono delle piccole conchiglie, soffici e irresistibili .<\/p>\n<p>Ebbene oggi voglio presentarvi la versione salata delle<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kettycucinooggi.com\/madeleine-dolcetti-francesi\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0madeleine dolci<\/a>\u00a0 preferite \u00a0di Proust, versatili e veloci da preparare, vi assicuro che una volta sfornati andranno a ruba.<\/p>\n<p>Le<strong>\u00a0madeleine salate<\/strong>\u00a0sono realizzate con la<a pancetta.<\/p>\n<p>Sono perfette per arricchire il cestino del pane, morbidissime leggere, \u00a0ottime \u00a0anche per un buffet, per l\u2019aperitivo o semplicemente \u00a0per un pic nic.<\/p>\n<h3>Che cosa \u00e8 la salsa <a href=\"https:\/\/btaly.it\/it\/salsa-bagnetto-rosso\/\">Bagnetto rosso<\/a>?<\/h3>\n<p>E\u2019 \u00a0una salsa rossa a base di pomodoro, peperoni, cipolle e spezie, fa parte della tradizione piemontese, ottima per accompagnare carni come il bollito.<\/p>\n<p>Volendo si sposa bene anche con tomini e formaggi, oggi infatti con le madeleine ho preparato un
