\/><\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong><em>crostata di polenta salsiccia e peperoni<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00e8 un idea golosa da portare a tavola , un piatto unico che far\u00e0 felice tutta la famiglia.<\/p>\n<p>Mi piace sperimentare e provare ricette nuove in cucina, come questa\u00a0<strong>crostata di polenta<\/strong>\u00a0che vi propongo oggi, un modo originale e perfetto per il pranzo della domenica.<\/p>\n<p>Un piatto unico appagante, perch\u00e9 a beneficiarne non sono solo gli occhi, ma anche il palato.<\/p>\n<p>La preparazione \u00e8 semplicissima, baster\u00e0 cuocere la polenta, una volta pronta e ancora fluida, la versiamo in uno stampo furbo per crostate.<\/p>\n<p>Per la farcitura ho usato della salsiccia, peperoni e scamorza, insomma provate ad immaginare quanto buono sia questo piatto.<\/p>\n<p>Un secondo unico che sposa una morbida polenta con un colorato ripieno goloso, il tutto gratinato al forno.<\/p>\n<p>Era da un po\u2019 di tempo che avevo in mente questa ricetta e ho voluto provarla con la polenta di <a href=\"https:\/\/btaly.it\/it\/\">Btaly<\/a>, in effetti \u00a0\u00e8 stata la scelta giusta.<\/p>\n<h3>Sapete bene che per fare un gran piatto ci vuole sempre una buona materia prima io ho optato per<a href=\"https:\/\/btaly.it\/it\/mais-ottofile-macinato-a-pietra-integrale\/\"> Il mais Ottofile<\/a>.<\/h3>\n<p>Una variet\u00e0 molto antica e autoctona delle valli piemontesi, si tratta di una farina particolarmente dolce, dal sapore autentico e dal profumo inteso.<\/p>\n<p>Il risultato \u00e8 stato quello di avere un piatto succulento, da gustare ben caldo, in cui le note rustiche della polenta integrale incontrano i sapori forti \u00a0del ripieno.<\/p>\n<h2>La crostata di polenta salsiccia e peperoni\u00a0vi assicuro che class=\"wpurp-recipe-instruction-text\">Mettiamo il coperchio lasciando uno spiffero, cuociamo a fiamma bassa per 60 minuti mescolando di tanto in
