Today we are happy to present to you on our blog, a recipe from the talented Ketty Bonomo (kettycucinooggi on instagram).

Bucatini with Mediterranean flavours is a first course prepared with very simple ingredients, such as dried tomatoes and pecorino cheese, an alternative to the classic garlic, oil and chilli pepper pasta.

I wanted to revisit this recipe, giving it a combination of Mediterranean flavours and tastes.

In fact, the choice of quality products will give the dish a rich and characteristic taste.

I prepared a fried mixture of garlic, oil and chilli pepper, fried the fillets of dried tomatoes and then I pan-fried the bucatini adding at the end some pecorino Dop in oil.

I have chosen to honour this first with Btaly products.

A new reality that helps to support and spread both in Italy and abroad our local producers and their food and wine specialities.

A wonderful initiative to enhance the small realities of the Italian territory.

Btaly offers a unique selection of niche Italian food and wine products of the highest quality that are difficult to find elsewhere.

Who are the creators of this fantastic idea?

They are two young guys, Andrea and Mattia, who have always been friends. They are enterprising, with a great desire to get involved and demonstrate their potential in the field

All you have to do is enter their site and click on the products you want and they’ll arrive at your doorstep without even setting foot out of the door.

I want to help them in their endeavour, so that I can be of concrete help to all the small producers who together make our country great.

The bucatini with Mediterranean flavours are a testament to the quality that Btaly brings to the table.

The combination of flavours and the choice of quality products will give the dish a rich and distinctive flavour.
